This feature gives you a quick way to select all similar shapes on the slide. Select either completely identical objects, or objects with the same shape type, size, color, or outline. This feature only works on native PowerPoint shapes.
- Select your Key Object (reference object).
- Choose from the "Select similar" drop-down menu in the Grunt ribbon:
- Identical: Selects all shapes that have the same shape type, fill, outline and size
- Shape: Selects all shapes with the same shape type (square, circle, etc.)
- Fill: Selects all shapes with the same fill color
- Outline: Selects all shapes with the same outline
- Size: Selects all shapes of the same size (same height and width)
