Set your company theme once, and every new presentation follows it automatically.
By setting your company's template as the default, PowerPoint will automatically apply the theme without you needing to look for it every time you make a new presentation
- Open the theme in PowerPoint. This is usually located in a company resource shared folder.
- Open the Design-tab in PowerPoint and expand the view. Click "Save Current Theme.." and give it a fitting name.
- Open the Design-tab and expand the view again, find the theme you just saved under the "Custom"-section, right click and choose "Set as Default Theme."
- Great job! Your chosen theme will now be applied every time you make a new presentation in PowerPoint, and you're ready to start working faster.
