Troubleshooting issues with Grunt

If you are experiencing issues loading Grunt, or the Grunt tab is missing from PowerPoint, we recommend running our troubleshooting tool to diagnose issues.

You can download the tool attached at the end of this article.

The tool will automatically scan your computer for known problems. If any known problems are found, the tool is able to resolve these automatically.

To run the tool:

  1. Unzip the files
  2. Run the "Grunt.PowerPoint.Troubleshooter.exe" file
  3. Fix any issues that the tool reports
  4. Restart PowerPoint.
