Alignment rule

Adjust the alignment of graphics and text.

The alignment rule controls the alignment of graphics and text. Six settings are available: left, center, right, top, middle, and bottom.

Properties

The only adjustment you need to make in the alignment rule, besides determining your desired horizontal and vertical alignment, is whether the rule should apply to Graphics, text, or both. Select the content type you want by clicking the Graphics or Text button in the target section.

Tip:
If you struggle to align some graphics or text or something does not align all the way to the edge of your object, you might need to adjust the Margins.
