Quickly remove or specify the text margin for selected shapes.
Follow these steps to use the Shape margin tool:
- Select the shapes you want to change.
- Click "Shape Margins" in the Grunt ribbon and choose one of the following presets:
- None: Sets all margins to 0 cm (0 in).
- Narrow: Sets all margins to 0.13 cm (0.05 in).
- Normal: Sets top and bottom margins to 0.13 cm (0.05 in) and left and right margins to 0.25 cm (0.1 in). This is the default setting in PowerPoint.
- Wide: Sets all margins to 0.38 cm (0.15 in).
- Custom margins: Specify your custom margins individually for each direction or all at once by pressing the "chain" icon.
